We start with a FREE 15-minute initial phone consultation!

• Initial evaluation ~60 min: $200

• Individual session ~50 min: $200

• Virtual session ~50 min: $200

• Teen session ~50 min: $200

• Group Therapy ~60 min: *Contact me to discuss upcoming groups

 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of service. You will receive an invoice. I accept: Cash, Check, Visa, MC, Amex, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle.

INSURANCE

I currently accept Aetna & United Healthcare. I am an out-of-network provider with other insurance companies.

I will gladly provide you with documentation for out-of-network benefits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session you must cancel at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment.  If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
